Well this is a subject that caught my attention, both because of the similarity between character created, physically and yet their stories too similar in my opinion.
Let's start with Kurapica :
Kurapica is a member of the tribe kurute, a reluctant group of people who chose to live in the dark. They have a pair of eyes turn bright red when angry or exalt. The legendary brilliance of such scarlet eyes caused them were in high demand as a treasure for collectors.
5 years ago, a group of thieves and murderers known as Ryodan Genei, reached Kurapica's hometown and massacred all the members of his tribe, taking with her eyes people and leaving behind the bodies of the kurute. As the last survivor of his tribe, Kurapica Hunter wants to become, specifically Blacklists thus recover stolen from his eyes and track people for the spider to seek revenge, even if it brings with it the sacrifice of his life.
Kurapica is a very calculating and intelligent, and belongs to the style of "materialization" of their skills Nem, now as his eyes turn red acquires special style which lets you use the other styles in 100% at the start of the story befriends Gon, Kilu and Leorio, but after his training becomes a person cold and thirsty for revenge wing After purchasing a large fuerza.Logra killing 2 members of Genei Ryodan and manages Disables the leader.
Now it's the turn of Sasuke :
Sasuke is a member of the Uchiha clan, he lived his childhood with his brother and family until his older brother Itachi betrayed the clan and the murderer, after being alone that decides sasuke revenge on his older brother have eliminated his entire clan while the ninja academy ends and joins the team 7 where he befriends Sakura and Naruto, Kakashi next to which is his mentor, the beginning Sasuke takes Naruto as his rival, but considers him a friend and to protect it.
Despite having acquired enough new skills Sasuke Naruto is surpassed by causing jealousy and thanks to Orochimaru decided to leave the village of Konoha to gain strength and achieve your goal.
Sasuke his training becomes more cold and calculating for the sole purpose of murdering his brother and terminated all ties with Konoha to the point of attempting to murder his former comrades, after the long-awaited confrontation between sasuke vs itachi, sasuke does defeat and kill itachi, but only does so to learn the hard truth, his brother was just trying to protect, even after learning the truth sasuke akatsuki change the camp and takes aim to destroy Konoha.
Well some comparisons on these 2 characters
-To start both have red eyes and your skill increases when used.
-both seek revenge.
-There are 2 groups involved on one hand the Genei Rodan and other akatsuki.
-After his training both become more serious and cold.
-Sasuke realizes his revenge, Kurapica not perform his full revenge.
"Both were good friends before their respective training.
As you can see is very similar but I must mention that Kurapica desisted his revenge on the advice of his friends who supported him eh even risked their lives to help.
Sasuke despite having achieved his revenge rather than return to Konoha, ironically decides to go against them for having manipulated Itachi to kill his whole clan, with an attitude that is to say for more child besides being absorbed by the dark to the point of being willing to kill their former friends.
Kurapika As I said to my character is a more complex and also more aware that I accept the assistance of his friends and knew he was not alone and I could trust them.
Sasuke on the other hand just go to his former friends as a nuisance and is willing to kill, but the manga does not end I must say that a second confrontation between Sasuke and Naruto is imminent.
Skills
Well Kurapica have the following skills
The chains that developed exhibited in his hand, which have a different ability depending on the finger: Thumb
- "Holy Chain" (Healing) The shape of a cross, heals wounds

Little finger - "Judgement Chain" (The Trial): When the tip of the chain enters the body of his opponent and pointing to his heart, Kurapica create a rule that must be respected by the victim. If this does not meet the rule, dies, no matter how close you are to Kurapica.
Index Finger: This string is identical to the Chain of Judgement, but constantly pointing towards the heart of Kurapica. It reflects the rule and the oath. Sasuke
Sharingan : Technique eye with which you can copy ninja techniques and see the level of chakra.
Mangekyo Sharingan: Technique prohibited eye which increases the skills of the user.
